JavaSerializerInstance.serialize uses ByteArrayOutputStream.toByteArray to get
the serialized data. ByteArrayOutputStream.toByteArray needs to copy the
content in the internal array to a new array. However, since the array will be
converted to ByteBuffer at once, we can avoid the memory copy.
