The problem is still present in spark-1.5.2-bin-hadoop2.6
I mean
set HADOOP_HOME=D:\Java\extra_conf
cd D:\Java\spark-1.5.2-bin-hadoop2.6\bin
spark-shell.cmd --master local[2]
doesn't help anymore
