Summary: Add benchmarks to measure the speed ups of
UnsafeRowParquetReaderReader.

SPARK-11787 added a new Parquet scanner implementation that runs faster. The
benchmark were never added to the codebase and this is useful to do as we will
continue to work on this. More generally, it is useful to have some more
benchmarks in the code.
