Description:
Currently there's not so many users who will use SIMR to run Spark, especially
in a in-production environment, also {{SparkSubmit}} does not support SIMR, So
I think it would be better to remove the support of this cluster manager, at
least deprecate it.
What's your opinion, [~rxin] [~andrewor14]?
