1. Agree that we shouldn't add it under glm.
2. Instead of supporting `Surv` or cbind in general, shall we just make `Surv`
support a hack for Spark 2.0? I don't have a good estimate on how much work we
need to do to support this properly. But it seems like we only need to support
`Surv` in 2.0.
