Fix For: 2.0.0
Currently RegressionMetrics does not support RMSLE. However, I feel this would
be a good measure to add. Many of the kaggle competitions use RMSLE as the
evaluation metric. Adding it to the RegressionMetrics api should be useful and
straight forward.
