For example:
You have installed OpenOffice.org. It has created links on the desktop under
Windows. These links have got descriptions, but because installer are in
English, they have got English descriptions. But You has installed also some
Language Pack and Your OpenOffice.org is in this language. Result is, You have
UI in required language, but other strings (such as link descriptions under
Windows) created directly by installer BEFORE installing of the language pack
are in English.
