Each time press the 'Search' button in the Storm UI, the text in the search box
is escaped.
For example, if I type 'Prepared bolt' and press the button, it becomes
'Prepared bolt'. And if press the button again, now it becomes
'Prepared%2Bbolt'. So only the first search succeeds, and the second search
fails.
For continuous successes of the search, the search text should be remained
unchanged.
