cascading includes jpmml-model here
https://github.com/Cascading/pattern/blob/wip-1.0/pattern-pmml/build.gradle#L26
and here https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.jpmml/pmml-model/1.1.7 it shows
as BSD 3-clause. It supports PMML 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 4.0 and 4.1.
