The "Download Full file" link is as below:
http://HOST:PORT/download/toponame-1481795619%2F6701%2Fworker.log
ideally this could be part of a query param:
http://HOST:PORT/download?file=toponame-1481795619%2F6701%2Fworker.log
Other URLs like http://HOST:PORT/log?file=URLENCODED(file) follow this pattern.
