[~roshan_naik] would it make sense to combine the concept of tasks and threads
as well? Intra-worker handoff can be done by the same executing thread running
the Bolt or Spout code so queuing is still there however threads counts are
reduced.
Unless it your are thinking in the direction of eventually leading to compile
bolt logic together for some trivial use cases?
