The hooks page http://storm.apache.org/releases/2.0.0-SNAPSHOT/Hooks.html only
mentions task hooks. We should also describe worker hooks.
Also the parameter name on ITaskHook.start is misleading, the passed map is the
topology conf, not the storm conf.
