Description:
Travis dropped support for oraclejdk10
https://changelog.travis-ci.com/stop-a-job-early-if-a-deprecated-jdk-is-configured-76612.
We can't switch to openjdk10, because it doesn't have the root certificates
oraclejdk has, and we need them during SSL tests.
We should disable the Java 10 build until we can upgrade to openjdk 11, which
does have these certificates.
