The UI should be configurable to disable Topology Lag monitoring. Some of the
many reasons for disabling this feature is:
# Kafka broker configuration is secured and communication fails.
# Â Kafka broker is down
Under these circumstances and UI it taking way too long and UI does not display
anything until timeout happens.
