Yes, but getting violation count to 0 is a big effort, and it's probably going
to take a while. Taking one module at a time is a good way to do it IMO.
There's nothing preventing us from doing this issue (logViolationsToConsole)
for individual modules though. If the violation count for a given module is 0,
there's no reason we can't set logViolationsToConsole to true in that module's
configuration.
