[~yikunkero] I think there isn't anyone willing to do the work to maintain ARM
compatibility on the Storm project right now. We're not going to get any
benefit from running CI on an environment we can't support, so I don't think we
want to add Openlab to Storm right now.
Thanks for your efforts though, maybe someone will be willing to maintain ARM
support in the future and we can revisit.
