Summary: Add Authorization for Blob related API?

I found that even Blob related API throws AuthorizationException, but there is
no checkAuthorization in them.
The API are:
beginCreateBlob

uploadBlobChunk
finishBlobUpload
cancelBlobUpload
getBlobMeta
setBlobMeta
beginBlobDownload
downloadBlobChunk
deleteBlob
