The following classes are no longer in use and should be removed.
(1) NodeSorter
(2) DefaultResourceAwareStrategyOld
(3) GenericResourceAwareStrategyOld
(4) NodeSorterType
Unused/deprecated methods in BaseResourceAwareStrategy can be removed when made
obsolete by removal of classes above.
