Description:
Open JDK8 was EOLed on March 31, 2022.
Some dependent jars (example org.apache.activemq:activemq-broker:5.17.0) class
files were created for JDK 11.
Storm-mqtt and Storm-jms modules can use this updated jar only if the JDK is
upgraded to JDK 11.
Because of this limitation, those modules also use the downgraded versions of
guava.
