Summary: Modules with shading throw warnings about duplicate
classes in jars

When the same class is found in two jars (or more) jars, it is not entirely
clear which one wins in the shading process.
In order to avoid this ambiguity, the warning messages for conflicting classes
should be resolved the the components that encounter this error.
