running "mvn package" command storm-dist/binary and storm-dist/source
directories uses files in sibling directories that may not have been created.
This applies to storm-webapp files and possibly others. Change pom.xml files to
fail and report the missing file(s) and/or directories. The specification of
file source and targets may in an xml file.
