Storm depends on hive 2.3.9 which references a broken maven repository in its
pom, which leads to timeouts during our own build
[INFO] Downloading from conjars:
http://conjars.org/repo/net/minidev/json-smart/maven-metadata.xml
We should get the hive guys to update,. rely on a snapshot or find a way to
override that inline declared repo.
