@Mikhail-Aoun the fix is in https://github.com/apache/storm/pull/9082. It stops a non-leader Nimbus from registering a blob again after it was deleted, and it removes dependency blobs that no topology has referred to for `nimbus.inbox.jar.expiration.secs`, so blobs that already leaked get cleaned up too.
