The nightly upload in `nightlies.yaml` pins `burnett01/rsync-deployments` 8.0.5 (`66257ca`), which is not on the ASF allow list for GitHub Actions. This pins the approved 9.0.1 commit (`155b6d6`) instead. The other allowed SHA, 9.0.0 (`4d419d1`), expires on 2026-11-30. v9 only moves the action to a newer Alpine base image and rsync 3.4.3.
