### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [feature](https://github.com/apache/incubator-streampark/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22Feature%22) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Story: With long time to use StreamPark to maintain jobs , the backup number is very large and user only to clean backup when disk usage is very high. So I want to add a strategy to auto clean backups like `jenkins` just keep the latest `N` backups.
