When setting the flying book alarm, an error was reported, indicating that the url was incorrect,As shown in the figureļ¼ <img width="734" alt="image" src="https://github.com/apache/incubator-streampark-website/assets/18672845/ee58c97e-fd8d-45a4-bb75-5d371b83896d";> We run the local environment, debug the code, and find that the larkProxyUrl variable is getting a null value. Null values are resolved by setting the property streampark.proxy.lark-url <img width="525" alt="image" src="https://github.com/apache/incubator-streampark-website/assets/18672845/fa7750ff-1f0a-4287-8e9d-9edb20a28d76";> Go to our yaml file and add streampark.proxy.lark-url to compile and debug the flybook alarm again.
