### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [feature](https://github.com/apache/incubator-streampark/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22Feature%22) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description By default, the checkpoint directory of flink job on streampark is consist of base directory configured by parameter "state.checkpoints.dir" on flink-conf.yaml and job id. However, it leads a disaster to distinguish between difference flink job, and it is very difficult to clear checkpoints of unuseful flink job. So I wish streampark community can consider to add job name to checkpoints directory.
