[I] sso后端重定向在前后端分离的场景下不适用 [incubator-streampark]

   ### What happened
   
   When I was debugging locally, the front-end and back-end were separated. My 
front-end port number was 10001 and the back-end port number was 10000. After I 
successfully used Github's ouath authentication SSO on 10001, the back-end 
redirected to the static server under port 10000. resource.I think you need to 
specify the complete front-end url when redirecting the backend
