### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [feature](https://github.com/apache/incubator-streampark/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22Feature%22) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Currently, StreamPark console has two open APIs: app "start" and "cancel" These APIs are used for integrating with other projects, such as scheduling systems(airflow, dolphinssheduler) or third-party user system integration. We initially introduced Swagger for documentation, but it added unnecessary complexity and security risks. As a mature product, it's not necessary to expose the internal interface to users. This brings both security risks and unnecessary complexity.
