Add a standalone cluster. The cluster state is "RUNNING" <img width="1221" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/7111887a-dd6a-4e0d-918b-16bbdb434115"; /> 2. [stop cluster] or [cluster is down for unknown reasons] 3. refresh cluster list, we can see cluster state is "LOST", and if we add or edit job, the label "Flink Cluster" shows that the cluster state is "LOST", submit is error too, These operations or displays are correct <img width="1219" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/c25663e6-4f18-4901-9a5e-a638a3f33274"; /> <img width="713" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/44372ea3-0e9d-4b42-8bd8-50d75ecbe961"; /> <img width="484" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/8f04c6f1-93b5-4a8c-8396-1e84578e60ff"; /> 4. now, we try restart the cluster, and if we do not edit cluster, the cluster state is still "LOST", and if we add or edit job, the label "Flink Cluster" shows that the cluster state is "LOST", but submit job is successful.
