解决方案：在依赖中增加JAR包， flink-connector-sqlserver-cdc-3.2.1.jar，同时确保Flink/lib/中没有该JAR包，如果有删除后，需要再次重启Flink，动态参数会起作用。 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
