Replaced the epic body to match the agreed **remove-scala** plan: - **Stage 1** (sequential PRs): `streampark-common` → `streampark-flink-core` → `streampark-flink-shims` → `streampark-flink-sqlclient` — Scala→Java, no logic changes - **Stage 2** (sequential PRs): `streampark-flink-packer` → `streampark-flink-proxy` → `streampark-flink-kubernetes` → `streampark-flink-client` - **Stage 3**: architecture upgrade & refactor on the Java baseline (core maintainers) Removed the previous Flink SQL 10-phase architecture table; Stage 3 breakdown TBD after Stage 2 lands. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
