We can add this to the dev branch of the installer that operates on SNAPSHOT
versions until the next release. Until then, since these descriptions are
basically only configuration/deployment YAMLs you should also be able to simply
change the image tag to 0.67.0 instead of the current 0.68.0-SNAPSHOT version.
I'll try to provide the helm chart in the next days. If you want, you can also
