Description:
In some cases SSL connection to a database is required (e.g. for TimescaleDB).
To support this the connection string has to be adapted.
A UI element is added to manipulate the connection string based on the users
choice.
As this requires changes in the {{JDBCClient}} other SQL sinks have to be
adapted as well, this will be done within STREAMPIPES-320.
