Hi,
can you please send me the whole console output.
Once the service starts it tries to connect to the master, as written under the
red text: "Could not connect to [http://172.31|http://172.0.0.31/] ...";
"Retrying in 5 seconds"
So this means the service is not able to connect to the backend. This can
happen sometimes, but usually it should connect after a few tries. You can also
check if the IP address it selected is the one of your computer.
