   ### Apache StreamPipes version

   dev (current development state)

   ### Affected StreamPipes components

   Processing Elements

   ### What happened?

When aggregating a field over 1 day in the Data Explorer, it uses the wrong
time window to aggregate this field. When using data within the CET time zone
and you try to aggregate them, it uses the time window from 1:00 a.m. on his
day to 1:00 am on the next day, which is probably the the time window of this
day in UTC.

   ### How to reproduce?

   Load this
[data](https://github.com/apache/streampipes/files/10742814/test.csv) into
StreamPipes.
When looking at the raw data you will see that the values are just the
current number of hours of this day for every half hour (This may depend on
your current timezone):

But when you aggregate the values for every day, you can see that the first
value of the day is 1 and the last value is 0.5. And a day appears for which
normally no data exist:

![aggregated](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/43231162/219029219-f9621622-b11d-42dc-87a8-d3d2d05a5213.png)

   ### Expected behavior

The problem is probably that the UTC time is used to aggregate the data.
While the raw data is displayed depending on your current time zone.

   ### Additional technical information

   _No response_

   ### Are you willing to submit a PR?

   None
