### What happened?
Currently, user roles are not considered when creating resources with asset
links (e.g., Adapter).
The “Add to Asset” option should only be available to users with the Asset
Admin role. Restrict “Add to Asset” functionality so that it is visible and
usable only for users with the Asset Admin role.
Affected Areas:
- Connect
- Pipeline
- Charts
- Dashboards
Verify behavior across Connect, Pipeline, Charts, and Dashboards.
Add or update Cypress nightly tests to validate this role-based restriction.
