Hi @bossenti, I’d be interested in working on this issue. I have some prior experience with SonarCloud and GitHub Actions and can help evaluate different integration options. Before starting, I’d like to clarify a few points: whether the preferred approach is to fail the CI on quality gate violations or to report results via PR comments initially, and how granular the setup should be for the monorepo (separate configs for backend, UI, python client vs a shared baseline).
