### Body Fix kiosk mode so that public dashboard links work correctly for users who are not logged in. ## Description When a dashboard is opened in kiosk mode by a logged-out user, no data is shown. Instead, the dashboard displays an error. ## Steps to Reproduce 1. Create a dashboard in kiosk mode. 2. Log out. 3.
