### Body Rename the connector module to reflect that it contains Microsoft SQL Server adapters using both CDC and polling approaches. ## Description The `streampipes-connectors-cdc` module contains a CDC adapter and a pull-based polling adapter for Microsoft SQL Server. Rename the module and Maven artifact to `streampipes-connectors-mssql`. Reorganize the Java packages so that the CDC and polling implementations are sibling packages under the MSSQL connector.
