Faces Example #2 deploys but does not execute correctly

With recent changes, the second Struts-Faces example app (the one using Tiles)
now deploys without errors. However, the hyperlinks on the original page do
not actually navigate anywhere, making the app unusable. This is likely to be
due to other changes in the 1.3 version of RequestProcessor or Tiles that need
to be accomodated in FacesTilesRequestProcessor.
