Duplicating issue STR-2527 so that the issue will be resolved in Standalone
Tiles.
In different tld files, different attributes are configured with
<rtexprvalue>false</rtexprvalue>
which prevents using EL in a JSP 2.0 Servlet Container.

putList (name)
add (value, direct, type, beanScope)
