Summary: Struts 2 for Java 4 (was: add retrotranslation to the build)
I've added an optional distribution with a modified JAR from the 01 Aug nightly
build.

We might want to offer the J4 JARs as a separate distribution. After all, there
is no reason for someone using native J5 to use retro JARs. Aseparate
distribution will also make it easier to identify any retro-specific issues.
