tm_jee commented on WW-1429:
----------------------------

I think the dojo tooltip gets render at the bottom due to some css issue. If we
not decorate it with sitemesh (in the showcase example) the dojo tooltip appear
correctly. Just that now the borwser's default tooltip and dojo tooltip are
overlapping over each other.

Maybe we could have a swtich (a tooltip config eg. jsTooltipEnabled which
already exists), such that when this jsTooltipEnabled is "true" we used dojo
tooltip, else we use the browser's default.

What do you guys think? Feasible?

> The tooltips are displaying twice, once by the field, and a second time, in a
> larger font, farther down the screen.
> This behavior predates the fix for WW-1425.
> WW 2.2.3, which uses a different Javascript library, displays the tooltips
> once, by the field.
> To confirm, in the Showcase, see Tag Examples/UI Tags/UI Example, and hover
> over a tooltip. The first tooltip will appear, and after a moment, the tip
> will render again farther down the screen.
