Please post the patch before committing it.  To be honest, I'm still not 
convinced this is a good idea, as I thought we were trying to move away from 
needless configuration, not towards more of it.  In years of writing web apps, 
I've never felt the need to find a way to avoid typing the same class name 
twice, as especially with wildcards, I rarely need to anyways.  I really want 
to keep the Struts config as simple as possible, and actively avoid all the 
crap that was thrown into the Struts 1 config file.
