Resolution: Fixed
The archetype is ready to go and runs great on the Jetty plugin.
I also updated FAQ/apps.xml to show how to quickly get a running app up on the
Jetty plugin, but without the archetype released yet, the sample code won't
work (which I also noted beside the sample)
Once this archetype gets released and deployed out on the repo, this will work
fine.
