Ok, I've made a few changes. If anyone feels strongly enough, I'd be happy to move more stuff out of sandbox/ My primary motive on this is to reduce (even if only a little) the size of the footprint on everyone's local, as well as having less for each of us (and continuum) to have to worry about on updates, etc. Just the few folders I moved have reduced my local by about 13 Meg (this is the difference after svn client has done it's deal). I will leave this ticket open for a few weeks, if no one else cares or comments, I'll close it then.
