During the latest license update, some $Id$ Subversion keyword have been
deleted, and there are files where it was never present.
The $Id$ keyword must be present in all source files, as described in:
http://wiki.apache.org/struts/StrutsMaintenanceSvn
Some Java files do not have the @version tag set correctly, especially in
tiles-documentation.
