As Harold said - faces was a sandbox component and distrubuted in the "contrib"
folder of the Struts distro in the 1.2.x releases - so grab the struts 1.2.x
distro you require and build it from the "contrib" area. Since Struts 1.3.x
faces was merged into Struts1 and so again is distributed in the main Struts
distro.
