If two autocompleters are linked using "notifyTopics" and "listenTopics",
values are selected in both, and the page is submitted and reloaded, the value
and caption on the dependent autocompleter (the one with "listenTopics") are
reset.
Solution:
Do not publish the notifyTopics when the first request (on page load) is made
